At PureSip, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our products. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You may return a product under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or installed items
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Custom orders or special-request products
- Opened water containers or filters (due to hygiene reasons)
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited within 5–7 business days.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Partial Refunds:
In some situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as:
- Items with damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned after 7 days (subject to approval)
3. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch without any charges.
- If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You can initiate a return after delivery.
4. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost (if any) may be deducted from your refund in some cases.
